What a crazy big weekend of film making we’ve had!
Our latest residency at NCIE has been a really fun and exciting weekend and we’ve managed to write and shoot our very own short film!
On Jan 26th, 2011 the HBaYD participants had our first get together onboard the GenOne Ferry!

Today was our first Project Day at Redfern Community Centre! We spent most of the day coming up with visual ways to represent ourselves as a group, and beginning to articulate our dreams more, and what we can do to achieve them.
On Australia Day/Survival Day 2011, we came together for the first time at Circular Quay, Sydney. We all felt really nervous but once we were on the GenerationOne Ferry with our brothers and sisters and cousins, and we began to meet other participants and the kids who had already done the program, it felt better.
